Laus ADG FAD, 2020
The Laus Awards are the most prestigious award for visual communication in our country, organized by the ADG FAD for 50 years. And precisely to celebrate it, they have decided to rematerialize it in an ecological key as a demonstration of the organization's commitment to the sustainability of the profession.
The design of the trophy is the work of Tomás Vellvé and has remained unchanged since 1950, although in each period it has been produced in different materials such as brass, methacrylate or even silicone.
For this new stage, our response to the order has been its materialization with recycled plastics as a material with a clear responsible profile and that also embodies the sign of our time.
TheADG board, in an act of courage and honesty, gave us carte blanche to continue with the development that has lasted almost a year of technical and aesthetic exploration to achieve a finish as surprising as perfectly imperfect that clearly represents gold, silver, the great laus and the laus of honor.
