Custom trophy design and manufacturing

A custom project has the following phases:

0 - Briefing:

The process is simple and agile: you tell us what you need (aesthetics, purpose, timeline, budget,...) and we prepare a proposal. After that, we finalize the budget and activate the project.

1 - Conceptual phase

We work with clean and essential forms, seeking proposals that are in tune with the tone of the event and the visual language of the brand. Our design team develops trophies based on rigorous conceptual work, focused on exploring materials, volumes and finishes from an industrial, functional and refined perspective.

These are not aesthetic exercises: each proposal is designed to be manufacturable, combining materials such as recycled methacrylate, polymers, technical plastics, wood, metal sheet…

We apply processes such as laser cutting, cold bending, CNC machining, UV printing, industrial 3D printing (FDM or SLS) and finishes through industrial painting, chrome or "candy" painting, anodizing and numerous surface finishing techniques.

2 - Development phase

Once the winning concept is selected, we begin the development phase. At this stage, the final geometry is defined, materials are validated and technical details are adjusted to ensure viable manufacturing within deadlines and costs. Production drawings, final renders and prototypes are prepared if the project allows.

The goal is to finalize a definitive design, ready to manufacture, with all parameters validated: tolerances, finishes, assembly and customization systems, graphics,... This phase culminates with a finalized budget, linked to the volume of units, delivery times and processes involved.

3 - Manufacturing and assembly

With the final design validated, we activate production. We manufacture each component according to the defined drawings, applying the agreed processes: cutting, machining, printing, engraving or lacquering.

We supervise each phase to ensure quality and design fidelity and that the project's time milestones are met to deliver within the agreed deadline.

Assembly is carried out piece by piece, verifying adjustments, finishes and final customization (names, logos, dates…).

The usual timeframe is between 4 and 8 weeks, depending on the design, material and type of finish. In some cases we can shorten times; in others, it's advisable to plan with more margin to guarantee the result.

Of course. If you already have a custom design, we'll review it with you. We help you validate it technically: materials, weight, stability, assembly… Sometimes with a small adjustment everything works better.

From there, our team proposes a solution that's aesthetic, proportionate and meaningful. We work with you until it fits: you decide when it's ready to manufacture.

There's no single ideal material: we study it according to the design. We look for which option fits best visually, technically and in terms of timelines.

We also try to propose materials linked to the industry or institution that hires us. For example: recycled tire rubber for automotive companies or recycled concrete for construction companies.

Our range is very wide: we can work with FSC woods, steel, ceramics, wood, resins or recycled fishing nets, recycled post-consumer plastic…

Custom trophies

Ad hoc development from scratch: design and manufacturing specifically for your event.

• Materials: we seek responsible options, although not always guaranteed due to requirements of form, finishes or timing.

Personalized trophies

Direct personalization on our minimalist design trophies through laser engraving or UV printing (color).

• Minimum quantity: no minimum quantity required, from 1 unit.

• Timeframes: production and shipment from 48 h depending on model and availability.

• Process: model selection and complete customization from our online configurator. You can check this tutorial step by step. Likewise, our team is available at all times to resolve any questions that may arise.

• Materials: sustainable materials: recycled post-consumer plastic, recycled fishing nets, FSC beech wood, recycled concrete and % recycled steel sheet with non-toxic water-based paint.

Which one to choose?

Both options work. The choice depends on whether you need a piece created from scratch or an already designed base that only requires graphic customization.

Yes. A custom project is a blank canvas. We can make your logo in the form of a small-format volume to use as a trophy.

We can also reinterpret its shape and develop a completely new design based on its lines and proportions
